Sovereign Flavors IFT After Party: A Night on the Chicago Skyline

We had an incredible time in Chicago for our annual Sovereign Flavors IFT After Party! ✨ We hosted a wonderful evening at the Viceroy rooftop, surrounded by the stunning Chicago skyline and an amazing group of partners, friends, and industry connections from across the country.

A Rooftop Evening Above the City

Over 100 guests joined us as the sun set over the city, with the Viceroy’s rooftop perched right among the Chicago skyline for the perfect backdrop. Clients, partners, and suppliers from across the food and beverage industry came together for an evening that felt equal parts celebration and reunion.

Cocktails, Music, and Conversation

No industry gathering is complete without a great drink in hand — our signature cocktails for the night were a classic French 75 and a Manhattan, both perfectly suited to a golden-hour skyline setting. A live DJ kept the energy going all evening, setting the soundtrack for great conversations, new connections, and plenty of time to catch up with familiar faces.
